  A quaint place to eat in the heart of invermere.
  I came here for the first time 11 years ago. It was probably the very first restaurant I got to go on my own (without parentals that is) with a group of friends. I was merely a child then and was off on a band retreat. The bus stopped there and after all these years I remembered this restaurant. I have returned recently and the following is what I think of it now after years of experience.
  The food is better than I remember, and the menu with a lot more options. The French toast I had was light and fresh. The toppings were flavorful and great tasting. The portions are generous and the price reasonable. Even the garnish, (a wedge of orange) was full of flavor. I got to try a couple of bites from a friends and her food was great too.
  The service was also great as we got a fantastic waitress with a good sense of humor.
  I will definitely return to this restaurant as it was well worth the 1.5 hour drive from my home town.

  Every year we always make sure we come here. It's our favorite breakfast spot in Invermere, has been for years and we will continue to visit. It's just small town good food wrapped in sugar. Always hot and fresh and over the years I have had only one major complaint. They ran out of Huckleberries once and the family was heartbroken, we survived and returned this year to a bounty of Huckleberry syrup. We got our fix, took some of the home made syrup home and are happy once again. We will be back this summer and every other summer.
